Those that are together for decades, and those that are together for only hours. Because sometimes, no matter how much people care for other people, there are those that are simply not meant to stay close. For whatever reason. I still think that you can be true to yourself and also be kind to those around you. But sometimes, even though it hurts, people have to be apart. But I've seen people stand stronger and more secure and honestly more content in the long run when they make themselves one of those people they're kind to. [...] There's a way to balance it, being true to who you are and giving that importance in your life, while also giving care to other people. And this is a long ramble. Am I making any sense?
