Re: Log: Sleepy Brielle/Professor Charles/Captain Steve
[There was no way around it, not really. As a matter of fact, there was absolutely nothing to be done other than accept the help that he was informed he would be getting and be appreciative of it. Which he was, he was grateful, but for a man who was still dealing with the impact his injury had on his life, and the very real and not at all far off memory of using Hank's formula to have his legs back - it was a sting.
He sat still, eyes forward and unblinking, but as calm as possible and keeping his thoughts on the task at hand. And Captain Rogers made absolutely no show of it at all - other than carrying him, and wheelchair up, with next to no effort. Impressive.] Thank you. [Was his comment once back on the floor, and it was sincere if not drawn out.
He pointed toward a door on the left.] She's in there. Still sleeping. [He moved his chair down the hall, and leaned forward only slightly to push the door open.]
