Re: eddie/muerte quicklog
I always liked the Chinatown side of Gotham better than Little Russia. I'm not sure why. [Eddie said airily, pleased to have riddles about himself that even he didn't know. He watched Muerte and noticed that the distance was there. It didn't feel artificial or a barrier to punish him for being, well, Eddie all these years. It was just distance. Similar to how he felt when he first came back after Earth-3. She was older, right? Could Santa Muerte age?]
Kind. [Eddie said and held his arms out for Marcus. The bright pain in his dark eyes seemed to retreat a little and his expression warmed as Marcus fussed and reattached himself to Eddie, wrapping his little hand around in the tie. He rubbed the toddler's back until he felt a heavy slumber return and then smiled up at Muerte. A moment passed and then he asked thoughtfully:] Do you like it? Doing this? Where did you go? Why did you come back here?
