Re: Hallway: Clem, Amelia, Shane, Graham
[Amelia was slightly less inclined to simply walk into whatever door opened in that minute. The doors hadn't been kind to them recently, but caution seemed pointless too. The hotel would always find a way. She took a look at the door from the hall, hesitating there. After a beat she bit her lip and then went to Joshua. He silently looked up at her, weary and dirty, and she brushed his messy hair back. Right about now she started to wonder if he would be better off with his drifting apathetic father.
She picked him up with a wince, because at this point her body wasn't enjoying extra weight either. She was only keeping awake by necessity, but sooner or later she was going to collapse. Just somewhere inside of this door. Amelia stepped past Graham, making eye contact with Shane, and then followed Clementine into the door. She felt a little bad for whoever had to run into these four strange and rattled strangers. But that wasn't her problem. Her problem was finding a roof, water, food, and a shower. It was much easier to see priorities these days.]
