[He stood there for a moment when the door opened, a glimmer of uncertainty visible before he returned her smile with one of his own and it was gone. Vanished, beneath the grey suit he wore that hung a little too loosely on his frame, tie askew, hair just a touch too long (he hadn't had a chance to get it cut yet) and he hadn't done the best job at shaving either.
