Re: Hogsmeade: Victoire & Fleur
There was something familiar about the girl, though Fleur couldn't quite place it. She didn't look like anyone she knew, and Fleur would never forget a face. And it wasn't as if she knew many people in England, though she had been gaining a small name for herself because of the events of last year (or a few years ago, time being a twisted thing now). But it was in the voice, at first, and though she wasn't the gender it would appeal to, Fleur could recognize that Veela lilt all the same.
Once she turned to her, that familiarity rang true again. Something in the face, in those cheeks and eyes. Though her hair was different, as were some of the other features, just a touch off, she saw a glimmer of her Gabrielle there. It made her smile.
"I would love 'zat." Her smile deepened as if she caught the reemergence of her accent, but didn't mind it at all. "I'm Fleur." Her voice had that same, songlike allure to it, the Veela blood stronger in her, though she didn't intend to affect her tone so. Some things couldn't be helped.
