Re: Log: Iris/Hatter
There were few people who got to actually see into his cupboard. For all his cheerfulness, Hatter knew better than to let it be open. Most of the time it was locked in a private way, in a way no one knew how to open but him. It was an illusion of them all being out in the open. So she was special. Alice and the Cat got the same. His hats were in particular locked away, only for him.
"Mmm," he confirmed about making them, but didn't elaborate from there. Hatter's brain was scattered, and it was hard to explain. He liked that smile and tweaked her nose, a small gesture of affection. Clearly his personal boundaries weren't great, but they weren't meant to be intrusive. "Good, good, that would be a problem." Hatter rolled his hat off his head, and bumped it at the elbow. It landed perfectly on top of her head. He was an expert at tricks like that.
"You've got a home here whenever you want, Iris. Dress is heavy. Other dresses in there. I'll get you tea, yeah?" He wanted to cheer her up, make her smile more, look alive more.
