Once someone explains it to me, I'll do my best to relay the information to you. [There's a grin, a sweet thing, and she's laughing to herself as she disappears into the tea shop leaving her at the table to herself. She reaches over to snag the paper while he's gone, and yes, indeed, he has finished the crossword, something she's never been able to do. Those clues were never enough for her.]
[She's perusing the news when he comes back up with that smile on his face, the sweet smell of the tea a welcomed thing as she puts the paper down and winds her hands around the cup.] No, I like sweet. You'd be horrified at the amount of sugar I'll put in my tea some days. Positively improper, I'm sure. [Ash takes a sip, settling back in her seat with one leg crossed over the other, looking, for once, almost happy.] It's good. Really good. [A pause.] Thank you.
