Narrative, Clint B Who: Clint Barton What: Clint's on a rooftop overlooking the area around Stark Tower Where: Building around Stark Tower When: After Steve's orders Status: Narrative
While part of Clint wanted to message Loki and give his master a heads up that he was suspect one about the Tower, it ran too much of a risk. Someone could be watching him or just happen by and oversee what he was doing. No. He needed to lay low for now. His master could handle himself. Clint needed to stay uncompromised for as long as possible. But if he was found out, he'd need to find a way to take himself out of the fight so it'd be one less person for his master to worry over. He knew that when he had gone to other doors to look up Wayne and al Ghul he had also looked up their own world and discovered that, after getting a Helicarrier dropped on his head, he didn't seem to remember what he did while under Loki's control. Perhaps he could make a video of some sort detailing things he had done even if they were made up or photoshopped on. He was a spy after all and had no qualms about forging things. They just had to be as believable as possible after all.
He grinned. After he was taken off watch for a break or what have you he'd get to work on forging the documents. Killing some innocents, assisting HYDRA within SHIELD (he'd need to thank Natasha for that idea)... He wished he could know for certain if his attempts at his subliminally thinking himself aligned with HYDRA had worked but he wasn't sure. And there was no guarantee that if Loki helped and he was hit in the head it would remain. Time would tell. Regardless, he would make sure Natasha felt guilty about being duped for so long.
Tugging an arrow out of his quiver he wandered across the rooftop in slow, measured paces, glancing down at the streets far below, to other buildings, and then back to the arrow tip examining it to make sure it was all within working order.
