Stiles gave a combined fond and dismissive smile. "Scott would say it's white." He blinked, and thought on it, staring blindly at the blue boxes on the screen behind the gray splotch that was Alex. "You know, it might not be his fault though. You see how their eyes glow? I wonder if they even see color when they go all hairy and snarly." It was the kind of thing that occurred to Stiles in the middle of conversations. "I looked it up, that tapetum lucid is what makes the eye shine and they can see in the dark with it." He was putting his energy into the thinking and his feet had stopped twitching under the blankets.
The question of virginity rattled every single thought from his head quicker than if somebody had turned it over and shaken it. He immediately let go of her hand, too overcome by the topic to hold onto it and be calm at the same time. "Hey! That's a very private topic, okay? Alex went to commercial. Stiles stared at an advertisement for sanitary pads.
