Diana would usually point out that was how family was, but in truth, her family was much easier. The girls rarely gave her trouble. Her sisters had a natural harmony. If they had any disagreements, they fought for the favor of the gods, and that was it. She was well aware not all families were the same as hers.
"So am I." She kissed him on the cheek, public displays of affection were usually tame, but rested her head on his shoulder and went back to enjoying the dance. Whatever else happened, they still had this, and that was what mattered.
