Re: Eddie/Holly: late, near the food
If Eddie wasn't so wrapped up in the night and the just pure happiness he was feeling lately, he'd notice how Stephanie wasn't awkward around Isabella. He'd notice that charmed smile from him just playing with his godchild that told him she thought he'd be a good dad one day. Maybe later when Stephanie was asleep in his arms and he was staring up at the ceiling, he'd see all these things he missed. "Iz will create her own Gotham class. Not quite rogue, not quite anything else." Eddie said with confidence and held the baby so she could look over his shoulder towards the crowd.
"Aren't her tattoos awesome?" Eddie agreed with Holly and then held his own arm out to show a mess of inked color and in the center, Stephanie Nashton written in black-purple as if Stephanie had signed his arm himself. "We lived in a different Gotham for a while." Eddie explained to the little cat, his hand gently rubbing Izzy's back. "We started getting tattoos for the stuff we missed. Now it's for everything. Who we are, what we like. I even have tacos tattooed on my shoulder because why not?"
He smiled and turned to look at Izzy, who slapped a fat, tiny hand on his cheek and cooed something at him. "I shall ask her. Holly, Izzy wants to know how you like this Gotham? Is it everything you remember?"
