Re: ME: Eddie/Selina
[She follows his lead, gun raised, because if he's doing it? Then it's probably a good idea. She doesn't touch the whip, not yet, because she doesn't know the players yet, and it's always better to look than run in blind. Not as fun, maybe, but smart. The pristine stairs get a quiet whistle, because she assumes they lead somewhere pretty. And that? That's the kind of nice she likes to steal things from. It's something born of Gotham, the desire to rip everything out of the hands of the very, very wealthy.
She looks at his map, gauges the walls and the moving dots, and then her whip is in her hand. She times the first two patrols, and she could avoid them, but she wants the fight, even if it causes them trouble. They're spaced apart, and she only loses a second when she sees the blue skin of the first guard she encounters. Why she expected humans? That's anyone's guess. Silencer on the gun, and she goes for a cripple, not a kill, because where's the fun in that? But the blast of energy that comes back at her is unexpected. Still, she rolls and misses it easily, and she takes the guard down with her whip and a boot to the head. Oops? The pistol and handguns she collects are strange, heavy and they don't feel quite real. But she adds them to her thigh holsters, and she takes out the second guard more easily, though with a little more noise. No silencer.]
