I think I can manage that. [He stayed for a moment, simply watching her enjoy herself. He wasn't sure what it was about dogs that put people at ease, but he knew it worked, had seen it time and time again with his patients who had difficulty coming out of their shells with people and could do it so much easier with Spot. He remained for a moment longer before crossing through and heading for his small kitchen. It was bigger than the one in his trailer had been, but smaller than the one in his house. It fit though and as often as he cooked outside, it was just the right size.
