Ford wasn't pleased that Russell wasn't going to get himself checked out, but he couldn't think of a way to convince him. He had more trust in Russell's decision-making than he, Ford, did his own, so he didn't push it, just frowned and looked disapproving.
Reluctantly, Ford was nodding as he moved, thinking ahead to Russell's house in Las Vegas and forgetting entirely that it might not be there anymore, and that Russell was someplace different now. Ford didn't even think about what Russell might have been doing in the time they were apart, nor did he think that his presence might be a hindrance in some way, excepting that he would interrupt Nathan's presence. Come to think of it, he was totally accepting of the idea that Russell was the one checking on Nathan and moving him from here to there, because Russell was a good father if you just gave him the chance.
Though he had no watch, Ford made a tapping gesture on his wrist and picked up speed. The sooner they got there the better.
