Re: Bench along the walkway --> adult, friends
He was sure that the girl who wore religion inked outside instead of in and tried for attention so hard it could be read in her clothes and in her body even when she'd left them behind secondhand, wouldn't fucking lie there. It would be clothes and a fucking rush for the door and he knew because he'd had those kinds of fucks that were a fumble for sensation quick as you could get there and then nothing. But he hadn't had one like that in a long time and he didn't think he wanted Ink even if she could do fucking acrobatics in bed.
He could tell Tats was listening even with his eyes closed because all that attention felt like a spotlight's heat on his skin. "I've been there," he thought about boats and he thought about befores and he was lucky or maybe his better judgment overrode his dick any time the lights went a little woo-woo and the hotel fucked everything up. "I find avoiding the dying helps," he said comfortably and a little smugly and that cocky-as-fuck grin that the accountant's face wore a little easier after a few times, reappeared. "You're not so bad yourself."
His thinking was thin as smoke and drifting. "I don't do a lot of lying there to get used as a pillow to test it out and I don't know the fucking grammar either," a rumble in his throat even as his eyes shut completely and that kiss landed as instinctively he turned his head into it.
He could fall asleep and he didn't give a fuck about the accountant's clothes and he'd woken up bare-assed himself too many times to count. She was warm, and her head was a weight against his arm but her breathing hadn't slowed all the way out and he took a wild fucking guess at what it was she was thinking about. "Don't bother," he said, without opening his eyes, and he rolled the cigarette end against the cheap carpet until it was nothing but ash before he tucked his free hand behind his head. "She's probably bare-assed and enjoying the hell out of herself as somebody else." His voice drifted, and he yawned, and he didn't give a damn how he ended up himself so long as no one made him move right now.
