update: gotham

[Thursday night, a couple of hours after darkness engulfs the city, there is a sudden flash of brightness that remains. Against all odds, the Bat-Signal lights up the sky and remains on, a sign of hope throughout the night.]

The power isn't stable and there's rolling brown outs from time to time, but it's enough to give hope.]
