[It's been a relatively sunny week in Marvel's New York City, the crisp of winter is, it's only really getting cold at night. The days have been a pleasant 65-70 degrees with partly cloudy, or sunny skies, spring has certainly sprung.
Despite the forecasted sun, several times throughout the next few days, and into the evenings there are spurts of downpours, they don't last long, and seem to be centered in various locations throughout the city at varying times of the day. They don't move - they just stop. Quick gusts of wind pick up in midtown during the morning and evening commute times - but they don't last long either.
Overnight a thunder storm, seemingly centered over Newark, rages for about ten minutes around 1 AM - there isn't really any damage other than what you'd find if you forgot to put something away and a thunderstorm hit.
The thunder is loud, the downpour is heavy, and the lightning cracks in the sky. Power goes out for about fifteen minutes - but is restored with little to no consequence, a tree branch got caught in a power line. Like the rest of the weird weather over the day, the storm doesn't move outward and onward, it just stops. The weathermen are a bit stumped - but what do they know anyway?]
