That's the only way to describe the remains that were left in a particularly woody area of Alley Pond Park in Queens. The initial call was made to 911 around 8:15am on Wednesday morning, called in by a mother whose three-year-old toddler happened upon the scene. Ash, charred bones, and a single scrap of fabric are found (a polyester-mix), and no one in the area that can remember anything out of the unusual. Surveillance videos in the area surrounding the park show nothing amiss either. Further testing will need to be made in order to determine anything about the remains, as not even gender could easily be called from what was found.]
