Re: Louis D/Cris M
It's been fun. Now she's bringing dinner for us to eat. We're all a happy family.
Because she told me I couldn't tell anyone.
And you shouldn't have to. I doubt she knew where she was or to expect you around there, or she wouldn't have gone. I think she's genuinely afraid to see you, as well she should be. She should steer clear of you.
[...] It doesn't need to make sense. It's what you feel. In your shoes, I wouldn't want to be around her either. I don't want to be around her already. [...] I think I know a little of what you mean. When something happens to you, you can feel as if you didn't do enough to prevent it. Then, when it's over, it's beyond doing anything about, and that can be a torture. [...] I think the key is telling yourself that and event that is out of your control is just that, and the fact that you can't change it means you'll have to let it go, because you can't keep worrying about things you can't change because you can't change them. [...] Easier said than done, obviously. I'm not there yet myself.
