As far as Scott knew, no one had come in and out of the door. He thought it was unlikely anyone would want to go in theirs. The only thing they had was lacrosse and werewolves. It wasn't exactly exciting compared to Avengers New York or Gotham City. He wasn't worried about who would come in, and he thought it was good for them to try to get out. Carefully though. Just to see if this whole hotel thing was real.
"Most parties don't end well these days," Scott said ruefully, unknowingly echoing her thoughts. He couldn't imagine Derek throwing a party in his loft though, that was strange. Derek wasn't the partying type. Plus he said he was leaving for awhile, with his sister. So apparently he came back? Man it sounded like a lot of things were happening in the future. "Yeah we don't go to the Hale house a lot anymore, it's ... a dark place." Derek getting a loft away was a good thing.
"A mental thing, great." He didn't consider himself someone that was too great at the mental side of things. He was smart enough to come up with some good plans, but Stiles was the real brains of their little operation. "I've been having trouble shifting? Like sometimes I think I'm going to turn in front of everyone. I've come close a few times." Scott was able to calm himself down, but he wasn't sure how long that was going to last. It could change any day. Each time it was harder, because he was panicking.
Oh that sounded even worse. He rubbed the back of his neck. "Uhhh, like vulnerable how? What would slip in?" Were there ghosts? He felt like this was leading toward ghosts.
