Re: Loggything: Penny and Clementine
Clem chuckled, and she followed until the doors opened on up and they were inside. She pet the dog some, and she set Penny's phone down for use come morning. Then the shoes came off, and Clem flopped on the couch. She was real tired, and she was real grateful to sleep a night without five other folks snoring in real near proximity. Maybe the dog would snore, but that wouldn't fuss her any.
She curled up, and she was real careful about not looking around for anything belonging to Joy.
A good night's sleep, and she'd get on Penny about calling her man up come morning. That was the plan some. But first, days of working hit her heavy, and a whole night playing hotel games didn't help. And the couch, the couch felt real nice. She didn't even give Penny a chance to offer her a bed somewhere. The couch, it was just fine as could be.
