Re: Loggything: Penny and Clementine
"She would agree," she said with another laugh. Smart as Penny was, Olivia saw things in a much simpler way, and Penny had her moments of dumb. She expected everyone to to be as up front as she was, and if they weren't there was a reason for it, same as there was for her. Unless she was working, then everyone was lying. All the time. Patients, they were lying. Suspects, persons of interest, detainees, whoever - there was a lie chucked in somewhere. She didn't anticipate that Clementine hated her any, if she had she would be navigating two trains and a bus back to Queens, so it was probably for the best anyway.
"I wasn't this drunk when he left, he left hours ago."
She listened her brow furrowed. Dreams were weird. This place was weird. And Irene had been a man and was now an opera singer. "That sounds nice, mine wasn't horrible. Weird, invasive, maybe even more after the fact. But fine." The revelation that he was she, or Irene had been someone else...Well that just made her think twice about whoever she had been walking around with. "I don't think so, nothing really happened. If he'd been hurt, or seen something off then maybe. But it was fine." And she was fine. And she doubted he'd come looking for her anytime soon, unless he was just that curious, but he hadn't seemed all that interested over the course of their discussion.
