Re: Egyptian: Selina & Robert
[It was hard not to notice Selina's approach with the way the people parted to let her by. It was a fascinating phenomenon to watch, if not a little daunting to be at the receiving end of that prowl. But, and it was easy enough to see, while he was most definitely out of his element, he wasn't scared. Not at all. He met her gaze, did his best to keep it on her face and not following that pale blade of skin (though there may have been the flicker of a glance), and when she smiled his eyebrows lifted just a bit, waiting for her question, because he'd learned by now that she'd likely be the one to say something. And she didn't disappoint.]
I might be. [It was quiet enough, but the conversations close to them had tapered off, and people could likely hear them now. He wasn't the most fond of the attention, but the weight of it didn't hunch his shoulders any more than they usually were. He didn't know much of anything about the politics of the mob, and he didn't especially want to. He was there to check on her, not to play any sort of larger game in this city that wasn't his own. But he knew enough, mostly from the things she'd told him, not to say anything about her being injured.] Do you have a moment?
