Re: Log: Ashleigh/Louis
"You make that sound like a bad thing," Ash commented as they finally separated from the hug, taking the seat on the sofa that was offered to her, one leg tucked up beneath her comfortably. "Even if it means being here, being with our family makes it more than worth it." A long breath escaped her as she settled back into the couch, shoulders sinking down in comfort.
Talking about home was easy for her, and there was no helping the smile that came to her lips at the mention of it. "Home is home. I can't say that I spent a lot of time with our parents, but I don't think that's hardly surprising. Casey, though, I saw quite a bit of him. He helped me with Matthew, I helped him with the rehab for his leg, and it was surprisingly nice. I was glad to have someone like him around Matthew, though I could have done without the love for dramatics that seems to have rubbed off on him." Ash let out a laugh at that, then dug in the bag she had slung over one shoulder, pulling out her phone.
"Can I- I mean... Do you want to see some pictures? Casey? Matthew? Home?" Going back home had been such a relief after the hotel, and she couldn't imagine going so long without see it like Louis had.
