She wasn't nervous about the situation, but she was still unsure. The best he could do without changing back would be grunts, growls, and howls, and she didn't speak that language. Gen wanted to smack herself on the forehead for how much she was talking to compensate, but the words just kept comingut, and she kept running at the mouth. At least he wasn't rolling his eyes or trying to walk out the door on all fours. Yet. It could have been worse.
Genevieve opened her mouth and started to make a Lassie joke when he brought the remote, but thought better of it. "What you think, Wolfy? TV and cuddle?" It wasn't the making out she had been enjoying earlier, but she had wanted to see him like this, so she was content. Gen patted the spot on the couch next to her, and scooted back into it. She flipped on the television and began channel surfing. It didn't really matter what she landed on too much.
She paused temporarily on Animal Planet, and turned to him with a smirk. "Nah. We'll keep going." Continuing on, she landed on a marathon of one of the Law & Order series. "If there are any here who would object, speak now or forever hold your peace. What's that? No objections? Law & Order it is. Clang clang!" Gen set the remote down and got comfortable, ready to watch a whole lot of Sam Waterston with her fuzzy companion.
