Zeus nodded, "Yes. Sugar. It's one of the ways that things are sweetened nowadays. Though, I'm sure if you sweet talk Hestia, she might make you something more familiar." He hadn't thought to ask because he was so used to how things were now. But, myabe it would be better to get back to how things were prepared.
He reached over and gave her shoulder a squeeze. "He was returned to us. As were the others. A little banged up, but fine." As fine as they could be, really.
"Clothes are bought at the market now." He felt that that was the easiest way to explain it. Markets were popular back when they were around the first time. "Aine is... a very good friend of mine. She's very special to me." It wasn't a lie. They'd grown up together, for the most part. Warmed each others' beds every now and then. He liked her.
While she was exploring, he picked up his phone and sent a couple of texts. To Aine and Hephaestus. He looked up when she asked about the lights, smiling. "They're not real fires. It's the electricity. It controls everything here." He held his hand out to her and smiled. "Let's go get see if we can find you something to wear."
