"You've been asleep for a long time, my dear." Zephyros was practically running at this point. Hebe had gotten a little further away than he'd anticipated. He should never have underestimated a fleeing, scared goddess. "Things are not what you remember."
He got to the bottom of the stares and he glared up at Hebe. "Your mother doesn't even know who she is. She'd look at you like you were a stranger. You have nobody here." Which wasn't true. Zephyros knew that. There were plenty of awakened Olympians. Two of her brothers were some of them. He wasn't worried about Hephaestus. Ares could be a problem though.
"Nobody's here to help you. Nobody can get into this place. You're trapped, Hebe. There's nowhere to go." The Cloister was protected and their center of worship, after all. It'd be hard for anyone to break in. Another reason he wasn't trying too hard to catch her. She was trapped. Where could she go? He smirked up at her and slowly started to ascend the stairs.
"You're stuck here, with me, Hebe." And he was very sure of that. Until the air starated to get cold. He kept the Cloister in a constant state of Spring. The dip in temperature had him concerned.
