Who: Robin and Gabriel When: 10 am. Where: Out by the archery range. What: A little venting Rating: Likely PGish Status: Incomplete
Gabriel knew Robin wasn't the only one who needed to vent but he did need to vent and breaking things together was just the thing. Gabriel had many ways of working off steam but the one he chose he chose with Robin in mind. He made sure to be early, needed to get things set up. He carefully balanced the plates on thin sticks on a neat row about ten meters from a stand of trees. Then just because he felt like it, he covered the ground with snow. He wondered if, in a few years, he would be giving a little Autumn snow to little Robin.
As Gabriel waited, he thought. He didn't much want to but it was kinda unavoidable lately. The last thing he wanted was the child to be a point of contention and he knew he had no claim at all but he also knew himself. He had a way of growing fond and he couldn't image the child would be a exception. It could get... messy and that really wouldn't do. They needed to come to some arrangement before it could become a problem. Gabriel, in his long existence on earth, had had very few of what you would call friends. He really liked having what could possibly be a friend in Robin, he didn't want it spoiled. Trouble was, he wasn't sure what he would want. He was, however, trying to resist the urge to fall back on habit and run.
