Quinn couldn't believe how quickly her world had fallen apart. Before arriving at Ridgeway, Quinn had--publically, anyway--the perfect life. She had been the youngest head Cheerio in over a decade, she had been dating the school quarterback and she loved him. The other students would part like the red sea when she walked through the halls and she and Finn were et to be the most popular kids at McKinley High for the next three years.
Here? Finn knew she slept with his best friend. That best friend was claiming to be in love with Quinn, but she knew better. Puck would say anything to get laid and that was all he ever cared about. People here hated her--though she was sure Rachel had a part in that. And the worst part? She was pregnant. She was sixteen years old and she was going to have a baby with a boy she should have never slept with anyway.
She didn't really know Bella or if she was even the type of girl Quinn usually associated with, but Quinn really needed friends and Bella didn't seem to be among those who hated her. That made her friend material right there. Maybe even a better friend than those she had back home, because as much as she loved Santana and Brittany, they were not girls Quinn could talk about this to. Santana was Puck's girlfriend sometimes and she had a tednecy to get possessive of him. And Brittany was... well, not the most intelligent.
She wore jeans and a simple shirt with her blonde hair down. It felt weird not being in a ponytail, but she had no need to wear her Cheerio uniform here and that meant there was no need for the ponytail either. Once she was ready, she left her cabin and went straight to Nectar, where she was to meet Bella.
She walked in, realizing that she had no idea what she was looking for. Her eyes searched for any young girl who was alone and might be waiting for someone. It wasn't long before she spotted one, a brunette by the window. She gathered up her courage--something she had never had to do at home--and walked over. "Are you Bella?" she asked, standing near the girl and hoping desperately that she wasn't wrong.
