"I'll do it in a minute," she said, dismissing the noodles with a wave of her hand. After all, Clark was far more interesting right now. She gave a small giggle, dropping her eyes to the floor before looking back up at him, her gaze sliding up over his impressive form.
"Oh, I'm sure I will," she agreed, reaching up to pick a spot of fluff from his top, her hand lingering at his chest. It was so hard not to just jump up and wrap herself around him.
"Special?" she asked, taking a small step closer to him, her neck tipped back so she could still look up at him, despite the height difference. "I could tell you were special the first time I saw you." She smiled. She was completely out of control, but she reassured herself that a little flirting didn't mean anything. And she was sure she'd be able to stop herself before she went too far, like she had with Alex.
