Quinn wasn't angry at Finn, exactly. Her real anger was directed at Rachel for lying, Puck for convincing her to sleep with him and herself for caving. It all got to ve too much and her anger exploded. She was now angry at everyone and everything. But no, she couldn't justify any specific anger toward Finn. She just wished he would givr her a chance to show him how much she loved him.
And no, this didn't count, but it would do for now. Maybe after sleeping together, he would soften up toward her enough to try to be friends. At least if he stopped resenting her, she might stand more of a chance with him.
