"I'm manager of a restaurant? Oh sweet Merlin this is going to be interesting," Dominique said exasperatedly. She let out a small sigh as she leaned back against the couch. It wasn't that Dominique didn't like cooking or couldn't do so well, but she'd never worked in a restaurant. Yes, she could manage things well, but this was a completely different state of affairs. People and information versus people and food. At least the people were similar. "You're a cook? How's that working out?"
Dom ran a hand through her hair before looking over at her sister. "At least Teddy probably enjoys working with the muggle things." Dom was in between the two of them when it came to that. Muggle technology fascinated her much like her grandfather, but she wholeheartedly preferred the magical world. "Wait. Are there lots of muggles here? If we're..." Dominique paused and scrunched her nose before continuing. "If we're fictional, would that mean that the Statute of Secrecy doesn't hold here?"
This resort was going to be interesting. At least she was with Vic. "I hesitate to ask this because it seems so simple, but...we can't leave? Even with apparating and magic?"
