It was okay that he didn't agree with her. She hadn't really expected to change his mind. She just couldn't stand idly by while he beat himself up. Now that she'd given her opinion, she left the matter alone. Arguing with him over just how responsible he was for what had happened wasn't something that she wanted, and she doubted he did either. No, agreeing to disagree was best in this instance and besides, there wasn't anything stopping her from proving to him that he was a good man. Just, not right here and now.
Especially when she was too busy enjoying learning about Ruby's fate. "That works," she agreed with a grin. Maybe it was wrong, to be happy to hear that someone had been stabbed with their own knife, but all things considered, Claire figured this was a good exception to that typical rule. Of course, the demon being dead didn't change the fact that apparently Armageddon was actually underway. Which, really, was the important part of this story. Re-focusing on that, Claire fell into step beside him once more and absently picked at a loose thread at the end of her shirt.
"So," she said slowly, "that explains why you asked I break it gently if that... show covers the actual end of the world. But," she paused and glanced up at him, "that doesn't explain what you meant when you talked about you, um... lending your body to Lucifer?"
