Teddy stood still watching the lump on the bed twitch slightly. She wasn't facing him, but she didn't need to be for him to know she'd been crying. He felt a little guilty, but that just made him angry with himself. He had no reason to feel guilty. Ok... it hadn't really been her fault either.
Taking a deep breath, he leaned against the door frame, watching her. Should he talk to her? Nudge her? But he just couldn't convince himself to take that step and make the first move.
