She had been crying, but as soon as she heard the knock she tried to compose herself. She wasn't one to let anyone see her cry, not even Teddy. She wiped at her eyes and sniffled just a little before the door oppened. She was laying on her side with her back to the door anyway, it would take him a bit for him to see that she was crying anyway.
She also knew that if it were Teddy, and he would be the only one that would be knocking on her door, he wouldn't wait for an answer to open the door. That thought was confirmed as soon as she heard it open. She hated what had happened, what she had done, and wished she could go back and not even have that massage. She would have been fine with just the facial, manicure, and pedicure in the package. If she hadn't had the massage, Damien wouldn't have been able to get close enough to her to put her under that... spell? It seemed like a spell, she couldn't even remember what all had happened clearly.
She didn't move as she listened for him coming into the room, but she didn't hear anything. If he wanted to see her, or talk to her, he could, but she wasn't ready to risk seeing that look on his face again, so she stayed with her back to the door.
