He took a few steps to the side, drawing them away from his cabin, toward the grassy area just beyond the river rock path. Holding his sword in a defensive manner. "It'll be just me and you then, Hood? No one up your sleeve to throw at me while you make a cowardly escape? I might not mind if you threw the short one at me. With a voice like that I wouldn't throw her back, I'd make her sing my name." He was being purposely crass. trying to force Locksley into making a mistake. "Louder than you could." Was it a guess? Probably. Or perhaps the two looked like more than comrades in arms sitting as they were. She had been rather friendly with the kiss on his cheek.
He crouched down ready for the attack. A sneer curling his lip. "Tell me are her lips soft? Marian's are." He didn't know the other girls name. He would make a point to learn it sooner rather than later. It would make it easier to force him into doing something stupid in the future. He didn't see either one of them perishing in this skirmish. There were far to many people around to get in the way of that.
