WHO: Bella, Leah and Jake WHEN: The evening of Bella's third coming WHERE: Cabin 004 WHAT: Bella hates feeling like she needs people to rely on, but just this once, she wants some company STATUS: Incomplete RATING: TBD
Bella pulled her legs up beneath her on the sofa. To say she was feeling disconcerted was an understatement. Leah had said she'd be over soon, so, while she was waiting, Bella had flicking on the television. She wished she hadn't. Staring back at her had been her own face underlined by one large word; TWILIGHT. After peering blankly at the screen for a few moments, she'd freaked out and turned it off again. She remembered something about books and films, but it had taken her quite by surprise.
Bella looked towards the door. She wished Leah would hurry up. And she was looking forward to seeing Jake again. Their last parting, in her world, had been very awkward, but if she was stuck here, she was more than glad Jake was here too. He helped make everything better. And as long as she just didn't mention the almost kiss, or the ultimatum he'd given her, his company would be a real relief.
Bella slipped her arms around her knees. Perhaps if she stared at the door long enough, one of them would magically arrive. She just needed someone familiar.
