"At least," Eliot added, dead serious. "Could add in a right hook while you're at it." So he was advocating a little violence. Talking didn't seem like it would do much good and it wasn't like Heather wasn't entitled. "He can deal with it. What matter is you not letting yourself get rolled over." He smirked, not the least bit awkward. "Thanks." The word lacked any narcissism, more out of good humor. "I'd rather be dirty and dry, honestly. There's always a shower later, when you want to take it."
He glanced over as he heard the metal crunching. "Good way to make a few bucks. A lot of people would pay for the opportunity to hang out with their favorite characters. But when you're the favorite character, that's just a whole lot of wrong." He wasn't sure he wanted to meet anyone who was a fan of him. "Going to be an experience."
