She hadn't been fishing for a complement, just stating how she felt. His complement took her by surprise, she cut a look at him, both brows raising a good bit. Part of her wanted to defend Jake, he hadn't really known, but she did kiss him. How could anyone misconstrue that? Instead she nodded, a little bit of a blush coloring her freckled cheeks. "I just might, she deserves at least a black eye. It might piss him off a little, but right now I don't really care." She pressed in each side of the can, making a neat little square in the middle. "Your pretty nice on the eyes yourself... By the way." She so didn't want this to be awkward. "I try to look on the bright side mostly, being waterlogged doesn't really bother me too much. It's somewhat refreshing when I have to crawl in a dirty place, step out into the downpour and I'm not dirty anymore."
Lifting the slightly more square can she twisted the top and bottom in opposite directions, causing the can to crush in on it's self. "All things set a side, the idea isn't horrible. Putting people with their idols? It's twisted, but ingenious." She knew she sounded a little crazy... So she rectified "From the Devils standpoint anyway."
