"The trouble is not knowing when that will be." He pushed back the blankets, getting out of bed on the other side, since the tray, and her chair were in the way. He might be moping about it, but he couldn't lay about in bed all day doing it. He picked up his white t-shirt off the floor, pulling it on.
"Thanks for breakfast." He knew she'd gone to all sorts of effort for the eggs, and all the fruit, but he didn't have much of an appetite today. "If the hard part makes you stronger, I should be more adept at dealing with anything difficult by now."
