Aiden idly stroked the baby's back. He felt oddly comforted by the repetitive motion. "I don't know how to answer that, mama. We're not a typical family. We have our issues, but I mean, we always work it out, together." More or less. Every one of them dealt with their stresses in different ways, and not everyone got along all the time. Luke and Jake were about as restless as the dads, but Aiden wasn't going to tell his mother that. Some things just needed to be worked out in their own time.
