He grinned brightly at the comment about charm. "She was right to warn you about me. I'll sweep you off your feet before you can say 'what just happened?'" He joked. Even though he essentially was about to do just that.
His hands had settled at her waist, holding her steady. At her confused question, he leaned in again. "It doesn't make much sense at all, I know. But it will in a minute. Trust me, Heather. You're gonna want to take a deep breath."
And just like that, he pushed her over the edge. It was only a few seconds later that he was climbing up on to the railing, and jumping in after her. Just in case.
