WHO: Anna & Robin (& the babies) WHEN: Thursday late morning WHERE: Locksley Manor WHAT: hanging out and stuff RATING: low
The morning had been a little rough for Anna. Cas had a habit of saying all the wrong things and never realizing he'd said them. And then, when she tried to explain what he was feeling, he always found a way to convince her that it was okay. And maybe it was. It was entirely possible she was just trying to rush things and too emotional because she was human right now. Things weren't going to change overnight, and both of the boys were confident that things would be okay. She had to believe that they would be. All four of them and Aiden. And if Jo got pregnant, that baby, too.
But for the moment, she just needed a break. She needed to be out of the house. Anna needed to be away from people who pulled on her emotions. Her relationship, her non-relationship with Petersen, Crowley's bullshit, Gabriel needing her to be strong for him. Anna needed to be somewhere that didn't ask anything of her. She just needed her best friend. And if things were as hard for him as she suspected, he probably needed her just as badly.
Aiden in one arm and the diaper bag over the other, Anna headed over to Locksley Manor. She knocked, hoping she wasn't waking anyone up. Although she assumed they were up with Katie as early as she was up with Aiden.
