She was glad he didn't seem to think she was a traitor for just going along with what she was being told. Jo was putting up a fight, and Bella admired that, but she was still hoping that if she just did as she was told, she'd be allowed to go home. She really missed Forks, and she never thought she'd say that. Still, the rain here at the moment was worse than even Washington!
"Only up to the hotel," Bella replied, shrugging slightly, letting the fingers of her right hand play with a slightly frayed edge on her long sleeve. She had never really worked a proper job before, and although she didn't mind the work, she didn't think she was all that suited to working on the front desk of a hotel. She was shy, and quiet. She hated to think what it would be like when the guests began to arrive. She felt slightly sick just thinking about it.
