Amy frowned and knelt down next to him and gingerly put a hand on his shoulder. "A lot of good," she repeated sincerely. She never thought of the Doctor as someone other than the greatest good in the universe. Yes, he might have failed some people now and then, but everyone did that. He just had a lot more time to do so.
"What's this timey-wimey machine do? Doesn't happen to bring us back, does it?" She was glad that at least the Tardis was here, but it wouldn't be right until they could get back to traveling.
