Tonks thought she was heading straight to the ground. She had her other arm out, scabbed palm ready to talk her weight like normally when she felt herself being grabbed and set right to her proper footing. She practically felt disoriented by the fact that she didn't fall, but instead of lying on the cold hard ground she was against a warm body with strong arms holding her up.
Tonks was shocked, too shocked to move. She wasn't used to having someone there to stop her from falling. Her hands had instinctively gone to cover the arms that were around her while her heart was trying to slow down. She turned her head to look at Remus, "Thank you," she said sincerely grateful. She made no motion to move from his arms. She felt warm, but safe and protected. She licked her lips and asked, "Are you okay?" Hoping she didn't hurt him in the process a moment ago.
