Anna lifted her eyes as he entered. And she watched him. She was looking for some sign of expression. She was looking for something that indicated what he thought or how he felt. But she knew better. The week that he'd been a loving and giving child didn't change anything. He was still Crowley and she was still going to have to deal with this lack of emotion on a regular basis.
"Do you want to hold him?" She paused, glancing down at the baby. "Again?" She assumed he remembered everything. Everyone else remembered, so why shouldn't he? She didn't expect him to talk about it, but it had happened and they both knew it.
