Crowley sauntered in behind the hound. He had been returned to his former vessel, and while h may or may not tell Anna he remembered everything from his time as wee Fergus, he remembered every detail. Most of all, he remembered how loving she had been with him, how she had fed him and cared for him. He was no ungrateful, but he couldn't just tell her that, either.
Crowley stepped in to Anna's room. His eyes lingered over her and the child at her breast for a moment. He said nothing before he sat, and propped his feet up on her bed. "He's bigger than I imagined."
