Jaz was almost home. This time, without incedent, or getting lost or running into any weird guests or anything. She turned with the trail, shaking her head as she pocketed her PDA again after letting Judas know that she more or less understood why what had happened, happened. It wasn't his fault. Destiny was just a bitch sometimes. Watching the ground as she walked, she paused when she heard a whimpering breath coming from deeper in the woods. It was human...she was pretty sure. She didn't sense any vamps, anyway.
Curiosity, as far as Jaz went, was a serious issue. It had almost killed her with the Tor-Al Degan and it had been what got the rest of her team killed in Missouri all those years ago. She followed the sound, pausing when she saw a face she seemed to recognize from the forums and walking closer. She was bloodied and seemingly really frustrated - which in these woods was probably a bad thing with all the vampires. Vulnerability was too dangerous. She approached slowly, looking cautiously at the girl and smoothing her hair from her face.
"Look like you're having a rough time of it," Jaz offered up, holding her hand out to help the other girl up.
